Look into Chemexcil/ Pharmexcil renewals + reimbursement follow up.
Follow with customer care, payment etc. for MTNL, Airtel.
Jio corporate account billing every month.
Coordination for invoices and other requirements for Chemexpo/FAFAI/CHPI.
Main POC for Google AdWords

Leave and license agreements (for unit 116/117/ Masjid Bunder (yearly).
Preparation of calendar holidays by the end of the year for Indenta / Caliron.
Compliance: Ensuring compliance with Lab our Laws and Regulations
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices and employment laws
Office Management: Overseeing office operations, facilities and supplies.
Vendor Management: Overseeing relationships with vendors for office related services.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft office Suite.
