The role will consist of the HR/Admin to oversee all aspects of human resources, talent management and employee relations within the company. The role includes implementing HR strategies, policies, practices that align with the organization's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates for
various positions within the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, create job descriptions, and
conduct candidate screenings and interviews.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including online job portals, social media platforms, and

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or a similar role, preferably in the event management
industry.
- Sound knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR software.
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are advantageous but not required.

Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and
grievances, in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys, analyse feedback, and implement improvement plans
based on the results.
- Develop and implement programs to recognize and reward employee performance and
achievements.
HR Policy Development and Compliance:
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and
regulations.
- Stay informed about changes in employment laws and update company policies accordingly.
- Educate employees and managers on HR policies and promote adherence to established
guidelines.
- Ensure accurate and confidential maintenance of employee records and HR documentation.
