HR Admin

Job Brief:

We are looking for an experienced HR Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong coordination and communication skills, along with hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations. Proficiency in MS Excel and other administrative tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling, onboarding) Coordinate with departments for manpower planning and resource allocation Maintain employee records and documentation Handle HR-related administrative tasks including attendance, leaves, and payroll support Create and maintain reports using MS Excel Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

Requirements:



Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration. Proficiency in MS Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, basic formulas). Prior experience in recruitment and coordination. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ?216,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
