Key Responsibilities
HR Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment (screening, interviews, onboarding).
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Implement HR policies, procedures, and company rules.
Manage employee engagement, performance reviews, and discipline.
Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts/consultant.
Handle grievance management and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Admin Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office administration and operations.
Supervise office staff, housekeeping, security, and vendors.
Handle office supplies, assets, and inventory management.
Coordinate maintenance, utilities, and office infrastructure.
Ensure smooth functioning of office systems and processes.
Support management in administrative planning and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (MBA in HR preferred).
Minimum
3-7 years
of experience in HR & Administration.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good leadership and people management abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
Ability to multitask and handle confidential information.
