Job Description

The Admin Manager will oversee daily operations and administrative functions to ensure a smooth, efficient, and welcoming school environment. This role is central to coordinating communication, logistics, and support across departments.

Qualifications & Skills



Graduate degree preferred; certification in office/admin management is a plus. 2+ years of experience in administration, preferably in an educational institution. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office and general administrative software. Discreet, adaptable, detail-oriented, and service-minded.

Key Responsibilities



Operations Management:

Supervise front office activities and manage school supplies, records, and logistics.

Team Coordination:

Support faculty and staff with scheduling, meetings, and resource needs.

Communication:

Act as a liaison between parents, staff, and leadership. Ensure clarity of school policies.

Event Support:

Assist in planning and executing school events and community outreach.

Safety Oversight:

Monitor campus access and support the implementation of safety protocols.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
