Key Responsibilities - HR & Admin Manager

Ensure full compliance with

labour laws and statutory requirements

(Factories Act, ESI, EPF, Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, POSH). Manage

factory HR operations

including attendance, shifts, overtime, leave, contract labour, and manpower planning. Handle

recruitment, onboarding, induction, and employee records

for factory and office staff. Oversee

payroll processing

, statutory deductions, full & final settlements, and employee benefits. Lead

ISO certification activities

, documentation, internal audits, and support

5S implementation

. Ensure

safety compliance

, conduct safety trainings, mock drills, and maintain statutory safety records. Manage

administrative functions

such as security, housekeeping, transport, canteen, and accommodation. Handle

employee grievances, discipline, and industrial relations

effectively. Coordinate with

government authorities, auditors, and external agencies

. Prepare

HR & Admin MIS reports

and support management with compliance updates. Strong communication in

English & Tamil language (Hindi Preferred)

Proficient in MS Office and HRMS / Payroll systems
