Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Manage end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, induction, and engagement.
Handle attendance, leave tracking, payroll inputs, and coordination with finance.
Maintain employee records, manage grievances, and ensure smooth communication.
Monitor daily employee task completion and ensure process adherence.
Drive performance reviews, KRAs/OKRs, and employee development programs.
Implement and monitor HR policies consistently.
Administration
Oversee daily office administration, vendor management, and facility upkeep.
Ensure a clean, safe, and productive work environment.
Manage procurement of office supplies, IT assets, and maintain inventory.
Coordinate travel bookings, meetings, events, and office activities.
Ensure smooth functioning of systems and office operations.
Compliance & Documentation
Support statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
Maintain HR and admin documentation, audits, and liaise with external consultants.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
Ability to enforce discipline and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Working knowledge of HRMS tools and admin operations.
Problem-solving and decision-making attitude.
Qualification
Any Graduate/Postgraduate with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience in an IT/Tech or Startup environment preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
