Manage end-to-end recruitment for creative, digital, client servicing, and support roles.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks aligned with agency culture.
Oversee onboarding, induction, and training programs for new employees.
Conduct performance appraisals and ensure timely feedback and career development discussions.
Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions professionally.
Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Plan and execute employee engagement, retention, and welfare activities.
Administration:
Supervise daily office operations
Oversee procurement of office supplies, IT assets, and creative materials.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws, etc.) in coordination with consultants.
Support management in budgeting and cost control related to admin and HR functions.
Coordinate travel, events, and agency-level celebrations or meetings.
