Conduct training, performance reviews, and career development programs.
Address employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Admin Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations and administration activities.
Manage procurement, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.
Supervise office staff, security, and housekeeping teams.
Maintain records, documentation, and reports.
Handle budgeting, expense control, and resource allocation.
Ensure workplace safety, health, and compliance with organizational policies.
Support senior management in strategic planning and decision-making.
