Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, processes, and employee welfare systems.
Manage complete office administration, property upkeep, and asset management.
Maintain, organize, and label files, documents, and records systematically for easy retrieval.
Handle legal compliance with all concerned authorities - labor laws, statutory filings, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with consultants, lawyers, and auditors for company-related legal and statutory matters.
Ensure proper documentation, renewals, and reporting for licenses, registrations, and certifications.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee engagement activities.
Prepare for inspections, audits, and compliance checks.
Act as the point of contact for government departments and external agencies.
Candidate Profile:
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Law, or Business Administration.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and office administration.
Proficiency in MS Office, documentation, and file management systems.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
