Job Summary:
The HR and Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and
processes, as well as managing the company's administrative functions. This role plays a key part in shaping
company culture, resource and talent management , optimizing HR strategies, and maintaining smooth
day-to-day operations. Process oriented with Expertise in talent acquisition, payroll, compliance, and
HRMS tools.
The ideal candidate will be a self-driven and strategic HR leader with strong interpersonal and
organizational skills. This role requires effective leadership of the HR department, with a focus on fostering
team bonding, enhancing motivation, and driving employee engagement. The candidate must
demonstrate a smart and strategic approach to talent acquisition, retention, and skill development to
support the organization's growth and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
? Manpower planning in coordination with department heads.
? Managing full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
? Develop and implement effective hiring strategies and establish strong partnerships with recruiting
platforms and agencies to streamline and acquire top talent.
2. Employee Onboarding & Lifecycle Management
? Conduct structured onboarding and orientation programs.
? Lead and ensure a smooth onboarding and exit process while guiding and taking assistance from the
HR team for effective execution.
? Develop and maintain updated job descriptions and organization charts.
3. Performance Management
? Drive the annual and performance goal based appraisal process..
? Provide support in performance improvement plans (PIPs).
4. Employee Engagement & Retention
? Plan and execute engagement activities, rewards & recognition programs.
? Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
? Support wellness, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
5. HR Policies & Compliance
? Draft and update HR policies as per company needs.
? Ensure smooth implementation of company HR policies, including employee benefits and statutory
requirements.
? Conduct periodic audits and maintain compliance documentation.
6. Payroll & Compensation
? Create compensation sheets, and coordinate for timely payroll processing with management.
? Manage attendance, leave records, and salary inputs.
7. Training & Development
? Identify skill gaps through training needs analysis (TNA).
? Coordinate internal and external training sessions/workshops.
? Maintain a training calendar and learn outcome assessments.
8. Employer Branding and Communication
? Responsible for building and maintaining the company's image as an employer of choice.
? Focus on recruitment marketing, employee engagement, and brand communication.
? Collaborate across departments to promote company culture and values.
9. Administration Management:
? Monitor the HR team and Admin staff to ensure all processes run efficiently and smoothly.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
