Handle recruitment, joining, and onboarding of employees. Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll details. Manage leave requests, permission, and staff discipline. Plan training, team activities, and employee engagement. Take care of office admin work like stationery, vendor, and housekeeping. Monitor performance of all teams and support daily operations. Solve employee issues and maintain a healthy work environment. Coordinate with higher management for approvals and reports.
