Handle
statutory records

Inventory & Stock Management
Maintain
inventory records
for salon products, tools, consumables, and retail items
Monitor
stock levels
, expiry dates, and product usage
Raise
purchase requisitions
and coordinate with suppliers
Conduct
regular physical stock audits
and reconciliation
Control
wastage, pilferage, and excess consumption
Ensure proper
storage and labeling
of salon inventory
Compliance & Process Control
Ensure adherence to
salon hygiene standards and safety guidelines
Implement and monitor
company SOPs and policies
Support internal and external
audits
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / Diploma in
HR, Administration, or Management
1-3 years experience
in HR/Admin (Salon / Retail / Hospitality preferred)
Knowledge of
inventory management and stock control
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of
Excel, HR software, and inventory tools
Ability to multitask in a
fast-paced salon environment
