Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and people-driven HR Manager to join our fast-paced FMCG company. The role requires someone who can balance strategic HR leadership with hands-on execution to support a diverse workforce across manufacturing, sales, distribution, and corporate functions. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in driving employee engagement, compliance, and performance excellence in line with the dynamic FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives of the FMCG sector. Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for manufacturing staff, sales teams, distribution personnel, and corporate hires. Partner with sales & operations teams to address manpower planning, seasonal workforce requirements, and high-volume hiring. Drive employee engagement initiatives to reduce attrition and increase retention across factories, warehouses, and field teams. Ensure statutory compliance and labor law adherence across plants, warehouses, and offices. Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits benchmarking within the FMCG industry standards. Build strong industrial relations and manage union/worker engagement where applicable.
Requirements & Skills

Proven experience as HR Manager (preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or related fast-paced industries). Strong knowledge of labor law, factory compliance, and HR best practices. Experience managing large, distributed workforces (sales teams, factory staff, supply chain workers). Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, target-driven environment. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Proficiency in HR systems, MS Office, and HR analytics.

Pay: ?65,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
