Job Description

Finz is a US-based fintech company headquartered in New York, offering an AI-powered CFO platform for real-economy small and mid-sized businesses. We work with teams across the US, and India and are now setting up and scaling our India operations. This role will play a key part in building and running our India office.

Role Summary:



We are looking for an experienced HR & Admin Manager based in Mumbai to own people operations, company administration, and executive support. This is a high-trust role working closely with the Founder & CEO, supporting both India operations and coordination with global teams.

Key Responsibilities:



HR Operations



Manage end-to-end HR operations including hiring coordination, onboarding, documentation, and exits. Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR compliance documentation. Coordinate payroll, attendance, leaves, reimbursements, and statutory filings with external vendors. Support performance reviews, HR policies, and internal processes. Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries.

Admin and Office Management



Manage day-to-day company administration for the India office. Coordinate vendors, invoices, renewals, and office logistics. Handle travel bookings, reimbursements, and expense tracking. Maintain internal records, agreements, and compliance checklists.

Executive Support



Manage the CEO's calendar and meeting schedules across time zones. Coordinate internal and external meetings and follow-ups. Act as a trusted point of coordination and gatekeeping.

What We're Looking For



5 to 8 years of experience in HR operations and administration. Experience supporting senior leadership or founders is strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of payroll processes and HR compliance in India. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable. Strong communication skills and comfort working with global teams. Based in Mumbai and able to commute daily to BKC. Flexible with working hours to support EST timezone coverage.

Nice to Have



Startup or high-growth company experience. Experience supporting India operations for a US-based company. Familiarity with HR tools, payroll systems, and Google Workspace.
