Job Description

1. Key responsibility:



Recruitment & Staffing HR Policies & Compliance Employee Relations Performance Management Training & Development Payroll & Compensation (as applicable) General Administration.

2. Required Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 5-10 years of experience in Human Resource Management. Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage confidential information with integrity. Problem-solving and leadership capabilities.

Strong organizational skills Empathetic and approachable Proactive and solution-oriented Capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines
