Culture Building:
This will play a crucial role in building an organizational culture and in creating a value-based system.
Induction & Onboarding
: Assist in employee onboarding through automation, ensuring the checklists are rigorously followed and handholding the new joiners for a month.
Grievance handling:
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation, and resolve any issues that may arise within a deadline.
Employee Engagement:
Organizing all the team-building activities that happen on a monthly, quarterly & annual basis.
Employee Relations:
Build a strong bond with employees and yet ensure the organization's core values are followed at every stage.
Skills Required:-
5-7 years of relevant experience can be a value addition.
Knowledge MS Office.
Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal and Written).
Should be multitasking, energetic, and have a positive learning attitude.
Should have a learning attitude and be a student to explore new things.
