Candidate Requirements
6-10 years of experience in HR & Administration
Strong working knowledge of labor laws (EPF, ESI, etc.)
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance
Manufacturing / trading company experience preferred
Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters
