End-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
Handling payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
Managing statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, Factory Act, etc.
Performance management system and appraisal coordination.
Training & development planning and execution.
Employee engagement, grievance handling, and discipline management.
Preparing HR MIS reports and maintaining HR documentation.
Administration:
Overseeing day-to-day administrative operations of the plant/office.
Managing housekeeping, security, transport, canteen, and facility vendors.
Handling asset management, office maintenance, and statutory registers.
Coordinating audits, inspections, and compliance documentation.
Supporting management in general administration and operational activities.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in any field or MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant qualification.
Minimum 6-10 years of experience in HR & Administration (manufacturing industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and industrial relations.
Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
