Designation: ADMIN & HR MANAGER Experience: 3 - 5 years Location: Lonavala Position Overview: The Administrative and HR Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the administrative functions and human resources operations within the organization. This role involves a combination of administrative management, human resources leadership, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator, problem solver, and team player who can efficiently manage various aspects of office administration and personnel management. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Management: Office Operations: 1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment. 2. Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance to optimize workflow. Facility Management: 1. Manage office facilities, including maintenance, repairs, cleanliness, and security. 2. Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and effective support. Resource Allocation: 1. Manage office resources, such as office supplies, equipment, and budget. 2. Identify cost-saving opportunities and make recommendations for resource optimization. Records and Documentation: 1. Maintain accurate and organized records of administrative activities, expenses, and reports. 2. Ensure compliance with record-keeping regulations and data privacy policies. Human Resources Management: Recruitment and Staffing: 1. Lead the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding. 2. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Employee Relations: 1. Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances. 2. Implement employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs. Performance Management: 1. Develop and manage performance appraisal processes to evaluate employee performance and development. 2. Identify training and development needs and collaborate with relevant parties to address them. Training and Development: 1. Coordinate training initiatives to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and career growth. 2. Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and organize relevant sessions. Strategic Planning: 1. Contribute to the development of organizational strategies and goals related to administrative and HR functions. 2. Provide insights on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational development. Job Expectations: Qualifications and Skills: . Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master\'s degree is a plus. . Proven experience in both administrative management and human resources roles. . Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. . Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. . Problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex administrative and HR challenges. . Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. . Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
