at Royal Enfield, you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of human resources and administrative functions. This includes workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, training & development, facility management, and general administration. The role demands a strategic thinker with strong operational execution, ideally with prior experience in manufacturing or automotive industries.
Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and induction processes.
Manage performance management systems and facilitate periodic reviews.
Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention strategies.
Develop learning and development programs, in collaboration with department heads.
Maintain employee records, HRMIS, and payroll coordination with Finance.
Handle grievance redressal, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Liaise with union representatives, where applicable, ensuring harmonious industrial relations.
Administration:
Manage administrative operations including facility management, housekeeping, security, and vendor contracts.
Ensure safety, health, and environmental (SHE) compliance across office/plant premises.
Coordinate transport, canteen, guest house, and event management services.
Oversee procurement of office supplies and administrative budgeting.
Supervise support staff and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
