Job Description

The HR & Admin Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources and administrative functions to ensure the organization runs efficiently. This role is crucial in managing HR and administrative operations within an education sector company, ensuring compliance with educational policies and fostering a positive work environment for faculty and staff.

Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Management:



Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives in the education sector. Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for teaching and non-teaching staff. Manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance among faculty and administrative staff. Address employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts within the academic environment. Ensure legal compliance in HR practices, including labor laws, academic regulations, and company policies. Plan and conduct employee engagement, professional development, and training programs for educators and support staff. Maintain employee records and manage payroll processing in collaboration with finance.

Administrative Management:



Supervise day-to-day office operations and administrative activities within the institution. Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and guidelines to support the smooth functioning of academic and administrative departments. Manage vendor contracts, procurement, and facility maintenance to ensure a conducive learning and working environment. Oversee travel and logistics for faculty, guest lecturers, and administrative staff as needed. Ensure workplace safety and compliance with health and safety regulations, including campus security and student welfare.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in the education sector. Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices in academic institutions. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HR software, student information systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
