Job Description

We are looking for an HR & Admin Manager who oversees human resources functions like recruitment, employee relations, and compliance, alongside general administrative duties such as managing office operations and facilities

HR Responsiblities



Manage the entire hiring process, from job postings and interviewing to onboarding new employees. Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Ensure the company adheres to labor laws, internal policies, and other regulatory requirements. Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll, as well as the administration of employee benefits programs. Identify training needs, develop programs, and monitor their effectiveness. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including hiring documents, attendance, and other essential data.

Administrative Responsibilities



Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office and manage facilities to ensure efficiency. Planning, developing, and streamlining administrative systems, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency. Recruiting, training, and supervising administrative staff, assessing their performance, and providing guidance and coaching. Assisting with budget preparation, monitoring expenses and costs, and overseeing financial reports and processes like accounts payable and receivable. Ensuring the administrative team and office operations adhere to company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and implement solutions for administrative challenges.

Proficiency in office software like the Microsoft Office Suite is a must.*

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with staff, management, and external parties.*

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills are necessary to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
