end-to-end HR operations
including onboarding, confirmation, exits, and employee records

Act as a point of contact between employees and management
Payroll & Compensation
Handle
monthly salary processing and payroll management
Ensure timely and accurate payroll execution
Coordinate with finance/accounts for payroll inputs and statutory deductions
Manage salary structures, increments, and payroll-related documentation
HR Policies & Compliance
Implement and maintain
HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook
Ensure compliance with
labor laws, PF, ESIC, and statutory requirements
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally
Recruitment & Engagement Support
Coordinate recruitment for junior and mid-level positions
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage offer documentation
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication

Experience:
Minimum
3+ years
in HR & Admin (administration-focused role preferred)
Education:
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Management, or relevant field
