Key Responsibilities:HR Responsibilities:



End-to-end

recruitment

and onboarding of employees.

Manage

payroll processing

accurately and timely through HRMS software.

Ensure compliance with

statutory requirements

(PF, ESI, Gratuity, TDS, labor laws, etc.).

Implement and monitor

employee policies and procedures

.

Handle

employee grievances

, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

Conduct

employee engagement initiatives

, team activities, and office events/parties.

Manage

attendance, leave records, and HR reporting

.

Support

performance appraisals, promotions, and HR audits

.

Maintain employee records and documentation as per compliance requirements.

Administration Responsibilities:



Oversee

office operations

, including vendor management, housekeeping, utilities, and facility management.

Manage

ticket bookings

(train/air) for employees and official travel arrangements.

Supervise

petty cash, grocery, stationery, and office supplies

management.

Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure and supplies.

Coordinate with external vendors for office maintenance and services.

Support

exit process

, including relieving formalities, exit interviews, and documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,023.83 - ₹58,230.66 per month
