1. Legal Vetting of documents and legal notices preparation.
2. Statutory compliances and its labour audits every quarter.
3. All personnel admin activities like Canteen, Gardening, Housekeeping, Guest Mgmt, Travel Mgmt. etc.
4. Look after various programs, events, meetings, celebrations, trainings arrangement, facilities, time management.
5. Works related to GIDC, VMC, Communication faclities like employees mobile facilities, Sim cards, monthly payment of water charges, Building, Land Taxes, Shops & Establishments Office etc.
Experience Description:
1. Experience in Legal and Personnel, Administration Activities
2. Legal Drafting in English and Gujarati mandatory
3. Vetting of documents w.r.t. Legal framework
4. Preparation of Memo, Show cause notices, Court matters etc.
5. Administration activities like Housekeeping, Gardening, Travel Mgmt, Canteen, Laisioning, Guest Mgmt. etc.
