HR officer position is the one who will implement HR management system in the organization.
Responsibility
End to end recruitment support with complete documentation
Coordinating and maintaining record as per Training requirement and matrix
ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, GDP, CTPAT and other certification compliance and management
Employee engagement and effectiveness management
Administrative Support of office and maintenance yard
Improvement and continuous monitoring
HRMS implementation as per certification compliances in the organization
Documentation management
Task & Activities
Source, recruit, and onboard qualified drivers, staff, and other personnel as needed on time with 100%
documentation
Recruiting and engaging of employee based on KRA and KPI
Develop and implement training programs for drivers and staff on safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and
handling pharmaceutical cargo as per certification and compliances team need
Training need analysis on a time-to-time basis
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, GDP, and CTPAT certifications, including maintaining records and
facilitating audits.
Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to labour law, welfare, PF, ESIC, MLW,
PT, and all other compliances.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fair and consistent manner.
Foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork, communication, and employee well-being.
Manage office operations, including facilities maintenance, supplies procurement, and vendor management.
Handle documentation related to vehicle registrations, insurance, permits, and other regulatory requirements.
General and overall admin work of the companyIdentify areas for process optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements within the HR and administrative
functions.
Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance productivity and service quality.
Implementing HRMS in the organization as per compliance team guidance
Maintain attendance, wages, remuneration of staff and drivers
Ensuring performance measurement and evaluation based on KRA of employees
Conducting orientation training to every new employee
Conducing training to improve employees' productivities
Ensuring P.O.S.H. compliances
Payroll management
Complete management of onboarding and off boarding of employees
Background verification and record management
Bonus compliances management
Issuing various notice, announcement etc.
Internal Audit on a time-to-time basis
Promoting good culture in the org.
