We are looking for an HR & Admin Executive to manage human resource and administrative functions in an apparel manufacturing environment. The role requires hands-on experience in payroll processing, labor law compliance, and statutory requirements. The candidate should be well-versed in factory HR practices and employee administration.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end HR and administrative activities for the manufacturing unit
Manage payroll processing, attendance, leave, and employee records
Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory acts, and statutory regulations
Coordinate statutory filings, audits, and government-related documentation
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations activities
Requirements:
1-3 years of HR & Admin experience, preferably in apparel manufacturing
Good knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and statutory compliance
Experience handling factory HR operations and workforce management
Strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
