Manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and exit formalities with adherence to industry standards.

Provide client support, address inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Organize employee engagement and team-building activities.

Maintain employee records and prepare HR documents like offer letters and termination papers.

Oversee payroll processes, including salary calculations and benefits administration.

Coordinate training sessions to enhance employee skills and performance.

Support the executive team with scheduling and meeting coordination.

HR policies and HR labor laws

Maintain employee records google sheet in for the reporting

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
