Coordinate new hire orientation, manage induction processes, collect new hire documents, and support exit formalities.
Gather attendance data, manage leave records, process timesheets, and assist with benefits administration.
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries on HR policies, leave, payroll, and general guidelines.
