Job Description

Assist in the recruitment process: job postings, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding. Maintain employee records and HR documentation as per company policy. Monitor attendance, leave, and overtime records; coordinate with payroll. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Support training & development initiatives for staff skill enhancement. Organize employee engagement and welfare activities.

Administration:



Oversee office administration, facilities management, and vendor coordination. Maintain proper inventory of office supplies and stationery. Ensure upkeep of office premises, including housekeeping and maintenance services. Manage travel arrangements and accommodation for staff. Handle official correspondence, documentation, and filing systems. Coordinate with external agencies, government bodies, and clients when required.
