Induction and Joining formalities \xef\x82\xa7Complete documentation and Induction orientation of new joiners making them know about company profile, growth and career path. \xef\x82\xa7Salary account opening, desktop and workstation arrangement. \xef\x82\xa7Documentation and Background verification check. Training Need Analysis .
