Key Responsibilities
Recruitment (HR Recruiter):
Assist in end-to-end recruitment for IT / Non-IT roles
Source resumes through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial HR discussions
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
Follow up with candidates and maintain recruitment trackers
Support offer coordination and onboarding activities
HR & Administration (Admin):
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist with onboarding and exit processes
Track attendance, leave, and basic HR reports
Support office administration and coordination activities
Handle internal communication and HR-related emails
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience
in HR Recruitment or HR/Admin role
Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle
Good communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Organized, proactive, and willing to learn
Preferred (Good to Have)
Exposure to IT recruitment
Familiarity with job portals like Naukri or LinkedIn
Basic knowledge of HR policies and compliance
Face-to-face interview is mandatory.
