We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR & Admin Executive
with at least
1 year of experience
to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, and general administration to ensure a smooth and productive work environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
Assist in recruitment -- job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Prepare and issue HR documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and relieving letters.
Support payroll processing and coordinate with accounts for timely disbursements.
Organize employee engagement activities and maintain a healthy work culture.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.).
Handle employee queries and support performance review processes.
Administration
Oversee daily office operations, housekeeping, and logistics management.
Manage procurement of office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
Coordinate travel arrangements, reimbursements, and expense records.
Maintain asset registers and ensure proper upkeep of IT and office infrastructure.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal teams for smooth operations.
Compliance & Coordination
Maintain HR and admin documentation, reports, and statutory records.
Support internal audits, HR policy updates, and compliance requirements.
Assist management in drafting HR policies and improving process efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Commerce.
Minimum
1 year of experience
in HR and Administrative roles.
Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HRMS tools.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
Organized, responsible, and discreet with confidential information.
