About the Role:

HR & Admin professional

relocating to Uttar Pradesh
and should be
flexible to travel across India
based on project and organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:
End-to-end recruitment: Sourcing, screening, and onboarding
Employee engagement and retention initiatives
Maintain HR databases and personnel records
Manage attendance, leave, and performance tracking systems
Support training and development activities
Drafting HR policies and ensuring compliance
Administration:
Oversee day-to-day office administration in assigned location
Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Manage logistics for events, training, and team travel
Handle documentation, asset management, and procurement
Support audit and compliance processes
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
2-4 years of experience in HR/Admin roles
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
Willingness to relocate to Uttar Pradesh
Flexibility to travel across India as per organizational needs
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
