to support the daily functions of our Human Resources department. The role involves managing HR documentation, maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process: scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining recruitment data
Prepare HR-related letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, and relieving letters
Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance and leave inputs
Coordinate with statutory bodies for PF, ESI, and other labor law compliance
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
Assist in performance appraisal process coordination
Help organize employee engagement activities and training programs
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee data
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
4-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role
Knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.)
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with HR software or ERP systems is a plus
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with attention to detail

Basic understanding of payroll and compliance
Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion
Time management and problem-solving skills
