HR + Admin Intern
to support our team with recruitment, employee engagement, and day-to-day office operations.
What You'll Do
As an HR + Admin Intern at Converiq, you will:
Assist with
end-to-end recruitment
: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
Support
onboarding and employee engagement activities
Maintain HR & employee records
Assist in
admin tasks
such as coordinating office operations, scheduling, and documentation
Help design and implement HR policies and processes
Provide support in daily organizational tasks to ensure smooth workflow
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and organizational skills
Interest in HR, people management, and office administration
Ability to multitask and manage priorities
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
