We are looking for motivated
HR & Admin Interns
to join our remote team and support our people operations as we scale.
This role is ideal for students, fresh graduates, and especially
aspiring entrepreneurs
who want hands-on exposure to how startups build teams, processes, and culture from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and coordination
Support onboarding and offboarding processes (joining, exits, documentation)
Maintain HR records, employee data, and internal documents
Assist in hiring and firing process coordination under guidance
Support HR strategy building, policies, and internal process planning
Handle basic admin tasks and internal coordination
