Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
Support new hire orientation and onboarding activities
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Help HR department with administrative tasks such as updating policies and procedures
Provide assistance in organizing company events and initiatives
Compile and update reports regarding various HR metrics
Conduct research on HR best practices and regulations
Assist with employee benefits administration
Help resolve employee concerns and inquiries
Participate in HR projects such as employee engagement or training and development programs
