We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Admin Intern to support day-to-day operations across Human Resources and Administration. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, be eager to learn, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews).
Maintain candidate databases and support onboarding documentation.
Help in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documents.
Support payroll data collection and attendance tracking (if required).
Coordinate training and development activities.
Administration:
Support daily office operations and administrative tasks.
Manage files, documents, and basic data entry.
Assist in inventory management of office supplies.
Help coordinate meetings, events, and visitor management.
Provide logistical support for internal activities.
Skills Required
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Educational Qualification
Pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
