We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented
HR/Admin Intern
to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in Human Resources and Administration functions, providing valuable exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, office management, and compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-up.
Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Coordinate office administration tasks such as maintaining inventory, handling correspondence, and vendor management.
Help in preparing HR reports, letters, and presentations.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Perform other administrative and HR-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
