The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining a professional and positive workplace environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resource Management
Assist in maintaining HR records, employee databases, and generating reports as required.
Support the recruitment process including resume screening, interview coordination, and documentation.
Assist senior managers in handling employee relations matters, grievances, and basic investigations.
Contribute to HR initiatives such as performance management support and employee engagement activities.
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee information.
Administrative & Office Management
Oversee day-to-day office operations including maintenance, supplies, and coordination with service providers.
Ensure the office environment is organized, clean, and conducive to productivity.
Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Documentation & Vendor Coordination
Manage and maintain administrative documents including contracts, licenses, and agreements.
Ensure documentation complies with company policies and legal requirements.
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, equipment maintenance, and other services.
Support vendor contract management, renewals, and timely payments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
0-1 year of experience in HR, administration, or internship roles.
Working knowledge of
G-Suite and MS Excel
.
Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
High level of attention to detail with a proactive working style.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
