Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR & Admin Intern to support our HR and administrative functions. The intern will gain hands-on experience in employee engagement, recruitment support, office administration, and day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment processes: screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Maintain attendance and leave records.
Support employee onboarding and documentation.
Help address and resolve basic employee queries and grievances.
Assist in organizing team activities, events, and engagement initiatives.
Manage office administrative tasks such as stationery, housekeeping coordination, and office upkeep.
Prepare and maintain HR and admin reports as required.
Provide general support to the HR & Admin team in daily operations.
Skills & Qualifications
Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
