Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Records:


Maintaining up-to-date personnel files, including contact information, employment history, performance reviews, and other relevant documents.

HR Processes:


Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks.

Administrative Support:


Handling administrative tasks like answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, managing travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.

Compliance:


Ensuring compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and other regulations.

Reporting:


Preparing reports and data analysis related to HR metrics and other relevant areas.

Communication:


Acting as a point of contact for employees, HR staff, and other stakeholders on HR-related matters.

Training and Development:


Assisting with developing and delivering training materials and programs.

Employee Relations:


Addressing employee inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering a positive work environment.

Required Skills:

Organizational Skills:

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Communication Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with employees, managers, and external parties.

Computer Skills:

Proficiency in using HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to identify and resolve HR-related issues and challenges.

Knowledge of HR Policies and Procedures:

Understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and other relevant regulations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
