Job Summary:



We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

HR & Admin Manager

with 10+ years of expertise in handling human resources, administration, and compliance for our Gurgaon office. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and general administration to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:



Human Resources Management:



Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems in line with organizational goals. Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions. Drive employee engagement, retention, and welfare initiatives. Ensure smooth payroll processing, leave & attendance management. Conduct training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.

Compliance & Legal:



Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory regulations. Maintain updated knowledge of HR legal requirements and handle audits/inspections. Draft and maintain employment contracts, HR policies, and other documentation.

Administration:



Oversee office administration, facility management, vendor management, and housekeeping. Handle travel arrangements, security, canteen, transport, and other support services. Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and ensure cost-effective operations. Maintain office records, agreements, and asset management.

Strategic Role:



Work closely with management for workforce planning and organizational development. Provide HR insights and analytics to support decision-making. Contribute towards building a positive, performance-driven workplace culture.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification:



MBA/PGDM in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field. Certification in labor laws / compliance will be an added advantage.
