The HR & Admin Head is responsible for leading and managing all human resources and administrative functions of the organisation. This role ensures efficient operations, compliance with policies and labour laws, strategic workforce planning, and the creation of a positive and productive work environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills
In-depth knowledge of HR laws and best practices

Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office
Oversee payroll processing, attendance records, and employee benefits administration.
Oversee the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
