Shah Brothers is looking for HR & Admin Officer is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources and Administrative departments. This role involves handling recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, office administration, and other HR functions to ensure smooth organizational operations and a positive workplace environment.
Job Responsibilities:
1. HR Administration
Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, personal files).
Handle documentation of employee records for new hires, transfers, resignations, and terminations.
Process payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, deductions).
Manage timekeeping systems and resolve attendance discrepancies.
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries on HR policies and procedures.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate recruitment activities: scheduling interviews, pre-employment checks.
Assist in onboarding processes: documentation, induction, ID cards, and system access.
3. Compliance & Legal
Ensure plant-level HR operations comply with local labour laws and safety regulations.
Maintain compliance records (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
Assist in labour inspections and audits by providing necessary documentation.
4. General Administrative Support
Coordinate for meetings, training, and interviews.
Manage stationary, uniforms, and HR office supplies inventory.
Support transport, canteen, and housekeeping, security coordination if applicable.
Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
Manage general office administration.
Ensure proper documentation and filing systems are maintained
Oversee facility management and ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's Or Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3-4 years of experience in HR and Admin roles.
Strong understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
Experience in managing administrative functions and office operations.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
