Oversee day-to-day office operations.
Maintain office cleanliness, discipline, and safety standards.
Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment inventory.
Vendor & Facility Management
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, housekeeping, and maintenance.
Negotiate and maintain records of service providers.
Ensure timely payments and renewals of vendor contracts.
Travel & Logistics
Arrange travel, hotel bookings, and local transportation for employees/guests.
Manage courier, dispatch, and inward/outward mail.
Event & Meeting Support
Organize and coordinate office meetings, training, and events.
Ensure availability of meeting rooms, refreshments, and required facilities.
Documentation & Records
Maintain administrative files, bills, and agreements.
Keep updated records of utility bills, licenses, and AMC contracts.
Coordination & Support
Act as the point of contact for employees regarding admin support.
Coordinate with management for smooth execution of office activities.
Handle visitor management and front-desk activities (if required).
