We are looking for a dynamic and organized Female HR & Admin Executive to manage the daily HR operations and administrative functions for a team of around 20 staff members. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between departments and maintain a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.
?
Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll records.
?
Handle employee grievances and maintain discipline.
?
Conduct performance reviews and support employee development.
?
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
Administration:
?
Oversee office administration, housekeeping, and facility management.
?
Manage vendor coordination, office supplies, and asset tracking.
?
Support management in scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
?
Maintain HR and admin documentation and ensure confidentiality.
?
Assist management in implementing company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
?
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
?
Minimum 4 years of experience in HR & Admin roles.
?
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
?
Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools.
?
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
?
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
