Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Assist with recruitment: screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and attendance.
Support employee engagement and internal communication activities.
Help with payroll inputs and basic HR documentation.
Administration:
Manage front-desk operations, incoming calls, and office visitors.
Handle office supplies, stationary, courier, and general admin tasks.
Maintain cleanliness, order, and discipline in the office environment.
Support travel and meeting arrangements.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (BBA / MBA in HR preferred).
0-2 years of relevant experience in HR/Admin.
Good communication skills (written & verbal) in English and Hindi/Gujarati.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Well-organized, presentable, and proactive in nature.
